Prevention of hypodynamic syndrome caused by intensive unregulated work on a personal computer is currently relatively little studied.
Based on the research results of the Moscow Research Institute of Hygiene named after F.F. Erisman, the work of other researchers and thousands of years of experience in using exercises of oriental medicine, a method of complex exposure to a system of special physical and breathing exercises was developed in order to prevent information overload when working with a personal computer.
